Vaughan Oliver has 32 years experience as a graphic designer, art director and consultant. He is one of the most influential practitioners of his generation and enjoys a global reputation. After graduation, Oliver worked in the design studio of Michael Peters & Partners in London. Occasional commissions for the independent record label 4AD began a personal graphic sojourn which continues to this day.
In recent years Oliver has enjoyed teaching and inspiring a new generation of designers, illustrators and photographers. He lectures in the UK and USA and is collating material for “The Graphic Design of Vaughan Oliver”. “Vaughan Oliver: visceral pleasures”, a design monograph by Rick Poynor was published in November, 2000.
